Samar Dahleh

Samar Dahleh is the Voter Registration Manager at the Asian American Community Fund of Pennsylvania. Born in Palestine and now living in diaspora, Samar is passionate about organizing across communities to build solidarity in diverse spaces. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy, along with a master’s in Criminology & Criminal Justice. In her role, she manages a voter registration program in Philadelphia and Bucks County, working to increase civic engagement among underrepresented Asian communities. With a background in grassroots organizing and advocacy, Samar is committed to empowering individuals through education, outreach, and coalition-building.
